About

Bio

I’m Miriam O’Sullivan – a private chef, recipe developer and food lover originally from Ireland.

After several years working in buying and marketing, I made the leap to follow my passion for food full-time. In 2016, I trained at Ballymaloe Cookery School, spending three inspiring months learning to cook and grow food on their 100-acre organic farm. Since then, I’ve been happily working in a variety of food-related roles.

My experience has included catering for a private client and his team at their London office, preparing lunches for staff and visiting clients, as well as working as a home economist for the John Lewis Partnership. During this time, I fronted an online campaign for Samsung and John Lewis and interviewed Naughty Boy as part of a food festival at Westfield London.

Most recently, I worked as a private chef for a family of eight in Central London, preparing breakfast, lunch, dinner and desserts, with a different themed menu each day.

Now, based by the sea in East Kent, I continue to share my love of seasonal comforting, food through private cheffing, home baking and tending to my newly acquired raised beds.

‘Miriam is an absolute delight to work with and her compelling interest in food in combination with her natural customer service skills puts her in a league of her own.’
